Sessions are scheduled ahead of time and are announced in our online group chat. Each live session is 45 to 60 minutes long. They include a workshop-style discussion related to at least one of our 4 Areas of Growth: Mindset, Personal Development, Career, or Health and Wellness. During each live session we have Q&A. Which gives members the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences that provide value. At the end of each session, you'll walk away with you actionable steps that you can apply to your daily life.
