Every client is unique, but we suggest starting with a 3-month commitment to our program. You will be breaking the habit of being yourself and developing a new habit of becoming an even greater you. Which requires dedication, discipline, and patience. You'll be guided on the inner work of identifying limiting beliefs, developing patterns to overcome those limiting beliefs, and diligently applying and reinforcing those patterns until they become apart of your habitual behavior on a daily basis. It's a wonderful journey where you'll discover ALOT about yourself and actively work to develop the mindset, character, and habits of the person who can accomplish the vision you have for your life.

Starts with a free Consultation Session. During that session, we'll identify your values and vision as well as current barriers and limiting beliefs. Once you enroll in our program, we'll then establish concrete goals, actionable steps to take, and begin the process of reframing any limiting beliefs. Sessions will be conducted once a week, either via virtual conference or over the phone. You'll recieve guidance, instruction, insight, strategies, and practices that will help you stay in sync and move towards your vision.
